Dundalk FC visited O'Fiaich College last Friday as part of the school's Inter-Cultural Week to deliver a Red Card to Racism presentation to Transition and 5th Year students. Club Community Officer Paul Johnston made the presentation with the help of Michael Coburn, Tiarnan Mulvenna and Wayne Hatswell.
"It's an important part of the club's community programme to visit as many schools as possible and O'Fiaich College's Inter-Cultural Week provides us with a good
opportunity to make our Red Card to Racism presentation" said Paul Johnston. "We know that O'Fiaich college have many Dundalk FC fans within their ranks and we always receive a great welcome."
The students took part in a lively discussion on the impact of racism in football and asked
the players about their experiences and their hopes for the season ahead. Prizes were awarded for the best questions.
