Ben McLaughlin (born: 15 April 1995) is a versatile player who joined Dundalk before the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
McLaughlin previously spent time at Quay Celtic, Glenmuir and Seatown.
Towards the end of the 2011 season, the youngster was twice an unused substitute for the first team, at home to Derry City on 8 October and Drogheda United on 21 October.
He went on to make his competitive debut when starting against Crumlin United in the Leinster Senior Cup on 19 March and has featured regularly in the first team since.
Ben is a grandson of the legendary Jim McLaughlin and son of former Dundalk player Paul.
