Arrived as sporting director in December 2020. Jim made over 550 appearances in England and won 52 caps for Northern Ireland. As a manager, he had spells at Ipswich Town and QPR and was the IFA’s elite performance director for seven years.

After leaving his role as academy director at the New York Metropolitan Oval in August 2020, Filippo went on help Dundalk to the Europa League group stages, a third-placed league finish and FAI Cup success with a thrilling 4-2 win over Shamrock Rovers.
Giuseppe Rossi

Born in the same Italian village of Apecchio as Giovagnoli, ‘Pepe’ was part of the coaching staff at the Metropolitan Oval Academy in New York for five years before arriving in Dundalk in 2020. He also has coaching experience from Italy, London and Holland.
Shane Keegan

A former manager at Wexford Youths and Galway United, Shane became part of the backroom staff at Oriel Park ahead of the 2020 season, filling the role of opposition analyst. He now holds the position of team manager.
Graham Norton

After starting out as the U19 strength and conditioning coach at Bohemians, the co-owner of New Era Coaching was promoted to work with Keith Long’s first-team before he made the switch to Oriel Park in April 2019.
Danny Miller

After completing his Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapy in Australia back in 2001, Danny returned to Ireland. He took over as lead physio at Oriel Park in December 2017 and is also part of the backroom staff with the Republic of Ireland national team.
David Murphy

A native of Dundalk, David completed his Masters in Physiotherapy at Edinburgh University. After working at Colchester United and Reading, he treated Team GB’s Olympic athletes before taking up his current role at Oriel Park in January 2019.
Lorcan Mason
Lorcan MasonSports Scientist
Lorcan joined the club’s coaching staff in January 2021 after two years with the Shamrock Rovers academy. The 23-year-old will fill the role of first-team sports scientist, assist strength and conditioning coach Graham Norton, and will also provide guidance to the club’s academy staff.
Noel Walsh

The Meathman took up the role as kit manager ahead of the 2012 season. An unsung hero off the field, Noel also has experience of coaching on it and is involved with North East Football League side Kentstown Rovers.
Shane Taaffe

Born and raised in Dundalk, Shane has been an integral part of the backroom staff at Oriel Park since 2012, first as understudy to his late father, Harry, and then as the club’s main videographer from 2020 onwards.
Stephen McDonnell

The former Lilywhites midfielder returned to Oriel Park in January 2021 as the club’s new academy manager. After being forced to retire from playing at the age of 22, he managed Warrenpoint Town in the NIFL and also spent time with the IFA’s academy.
