ANIMASAHUN STAYS AT ORIEL

Dundalk FC are delighted to announce the re-signing of defender Mayowa Animasahun, which will see him stay at Oriel Park for 2026.

Animasahun, who arrived at Oriel Park at 17, made 26 appearances for the Lilywhites last season during the 2025 SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division campaign.

Speaking after putting pen to paper, the 22-year-old said:

“I’m delighted. We’re back in the Premier Division, and I’m staying at my home town club, so I’m definitely happy.”
