GROOME RENEWS CONTRACT FOR 2026

Dundalk FC is pleased to announce attacking midfielder Harry Groome has re-signed for the 2026 season. 

The 24-year-old, who joined the Lilywhites last season, made 33 appearances in the SSE Airtrctiy First Division 2025 campaign. 

Speaking to dundalkfc.com, Groome said he was delighted to stay at Oriel for 2026.

“I’m delighted and happy to be back. It’s nice to be back around the place again, seeing a few of the lads, and looking forward to next year.” said Groome.

“The fans are brilliant, showing up every week giving their all. And we try to give our all back to them. It would drive you every week seeing the fans and the atmosphere all around.”
