Dundalk FC is delighted to announce a new two-season partnership with The Unit, the Dundalk-based development company, as the club’s official warm-up kit sponsor — marking their eighth consecutive season supporting the Lilywhites.
Launched today with the video “Lightning in Our Veins,” the partnership sees The Unit’s logo emblazoned on Dundalk’s warm-up t-shirts, distinguished by a dynamic lightning bolt design that embodies both the company’s and the club’s energy and determination.
Founded by lifelong Dundalk supporters Paddy Casey and Conor Durnin, The Unit has been a cornerstone of the club’s journey since 2018 — contributing through matchday sponsorships, perimeter advertising in front of The Shed, brokering record-breaking front-of-shirt sponsorships, and producing several of Dundalk’s promotional videos.
Employing almost 150 people across Dundalk, Eastern Europe, and the United States, the locally based firm continues to power game changers both locally and beyond — making them an ideal partner for the Lilywhites’ next chapter.
The “Lightning in Our Veins” video, released today on Dundalk FC’s social media channels, captures the heart of this enduring partnership — celebrating The Unit’s unwavering commitment to their hometown club.
“We’re extremely proud to continue our journey with Dundalk FC as their official warm-up kit sponsor, marking our eighth season of support,” said Paddy Casey, co-founder of The Unit. “As lifelong Lilywhites fans, born and bred in Dundalk, this partnership is an honour. We’re excited to power the game changers at Oriel Park with these striking kits and support the club’s rise back to where we belong over the next two seasons.”
Nita Whelan, Dundalk FC’s Head of Operations, added: “We’d like to thank Paddy and The Unit for their continued support of the club. It’s fantastic to see a local business backing the team with such passion and consistency.”
