Dundalk Ladies extended their winning run to five games after beating Drogheda 13-1 in the NEFL Women’s Division North in Oriel Park on Monday night.
There was one change for the Lilywhites, as KerryAnn Darcy returned to the side between the sticks.
The goals on the night were shared amongst six different goalscorers, with Caoimhe Crichton, Katie Brophy, Stephanie Cunningham, Melissa Crosby, Sarah McHugh and Rebecca Lambe Fagan all getting on the scoresheet.
Drogheda had no answers for the attacking prowess of Eddie Conroy’s side, who are now just one win in their final game away from the league title.
