Important Match Information: Louth Derby

Dundalk Football Club are looking forward to welcoming all Dundalk and Drogheda United supporters to Oriel Park for Friday evening’s League of Ireland Premier Division match.

We request that all supporters planning on attending read the following information.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY

•⁠ ⁠The match kicks-off at 8pm due to live TV coverage.

•⁠ ⁠Gates open at 6.30pm.

•⁠ ⁠Delays may occur as security checks scan for illicit items. Supporters are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes early to avoid delays.

DUNDALK SUPPORTER TICKETS

•⁠ ⁠Main stand tickets are sold out. Ground tickets remain available.

•⁠ ⁠Dundalk FC advises home fans to buy tickets online here. These tickets are cheaper and will also cut down on queues outside the ground.

DROGHEDA SUPPORTER TICKETS

•⁠ ⁠Away tickets for Drogheda United fans are already sold out.

•⁠ ⁠Dundalk FC advises Drogheda United supporters that away fans are not permitted in home sections at Oriel Park, in line with ground regulations. Ticket sales are being continually monitored.

•⁠ ⁠Stewards and security will refuse entry to any known away supporters attempting to access home areas, and any Drogheda United supporter found in Dundalk sections will be escorted out of the stadium. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

SECURITY OPERATIONS

•⁠ ⁠All pyrotechnics (flares, fireworks, smoke bombs) are strictly prohibited.

•⁠ ⁠Dundalk FC will take a zero-tolerance approach: anyone found in possession of, or using, pyro will face an immediate indefinite ban from Oriel Park, and may also be barred from accessing away match tickets.

•⁠ ⁠We ask all supporters to help us keep Oriel Park a safe environment for everyone to enjoy the match.

•⁠ ⁠It is an offence to enter the field of play at any stage.

•⁠ ⁠Supporters are urged to refrain from throwing any objects onto the field of play. CCTV is in operation in Oriel Park, and any persons found to be in breach of the ground rules will be removed from the ground.

END OF MATCH

•⁠ ⁠Please co-operate with security arrangements as announced over the P.A. regarding end of match arrangements. This will assist with ensuring a speedy exit to allow supporters to avail of public transport options.

PARKING

•⁠ ⁠There is no parking at Oriel Park and restrictions are in place.

•⁠ ⁠We advise Drogheda supporters to park past the stadium on the Carrick Road.

•⁠ ⁠Both home and away supporters will have hot food options in their respective areas.
