We are looking forward to welcoming Lilywhites legend Dane Massey back to Oriel Park for the SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division clash with Galway United on Friday evening.
A five-time league winner, a multiple cup winner, an integral part of our European run in 2016, and a cornerstone of one of the most famous back fours of all time, Massey made 291 appearances for Dundalk between 2013 and 2020.
After spells at Drogheda United and Bray Wanderers, the 35-year-old announced his retirement from the game in January.
Dane will join Adrian Taaffe on LOITV co-commentary duty for the game against John Caulfield’s side before appearing on The Town End podcast, which will take place live in the Enda McGuill Suite after the game.
Both bars will be open at 6.30pm ahead of Friday’s game with Galway United with all pints priced at €5 and Tuborg €4.50.
